Anna Gasser Back On Snow On Kaunertaler Glacier
Olympic Champion Anna Gasser is finally back on her snowboard after two months break due to COVID-19. Kaunertaler Glacier in cooperation with ÖSV/Snowboard Austria and Pistenbully made this possible. Since last weekend Anna and her teammates Clemens Millauer and Moritz Amsüss are riding the specially built jump.
Anna is excited: „I am so happy to be riding again. It was bitter to miss springtime on the mountains, which is the best time of the year for us, especially to try and work on new tricks. This makes me even more grateful that Kaunertaler Glacier gave us the opportunity to snowboard again. The setup they built for us is perfect for this time of the year. The jump is really good and the small rail line is fun. I would have never thought that we would be able to finish this season like this.“
