Amirsoy’s PGI Welcomes New Operations Director

PGI Management is pleased to announce and welcome Mr. Thomas Thor-Jensen as Operations Director. He will coordinate and direct the construction and development of Amirsoy Mountain Resort in Uzbekistan during the next year.

Thomas has nearly 28 years of experience in ski area management. He started his career back in 1991 at Les Arcs ski resort, France, where he was responsible for the maintenance services and the creation of the new ski area PARADISKI and brand itself. 

In 2005 and for the following three years he became a Site Manager of another French ski resort, Valloire, managing ski area operations and customer relations. From 2008 Thomas has been performing duties of Site Manager at Courchevel, French Alps ski resort, where he had more than 500 employees under his supervision.

On the 1st of September of 2019 Thomas joined the PGI team and his extensive experience and shared passion for ski will benefit the operation of Amirsoy Mountain Resort.
