Austria Names 2018/19 Alpine National Team
Team Austria, the men's, ladies', and overall Nations Cup champions from the 2017/18 season, announced selections for its 2018/19 alpine squad. Headliners like seven-time Overall World Cup champion Marcel Hirscher and 2018 Olympic silver medallist Anna Veith return to the national team for the 2019 Åre FIS Alpine World Ski Championships season. Joining them are a long list of additional national team, A-Squad, B-Squad, and C-Squad skiers who will all look to make their respective marks in the upcoming winter.
