23 Different Vermont Brewers To Attend Sugarbush’s 9th Annual Brew-Grass Festival
Tickets are now on sale for Sugarbush’s 9th Annual Brew-Grass Festival on Saturday, June 8th. The festival brings beer, cider and music from around Vermont to the Mad River Valley. The event takes place in the newly renovated Lincoln Peak Courtyard.
This year the resort has already confirmed the following brewers at the end: Collaborative Brewing, Lawson’s Finest Liquids, Prohibition Pig, Zero Gravity, Farnham Ale & Lager, Frost Beer Works, Fiddlehead, Switchback, Long Trail, Harpoon, Halyard, 14th Star, Citizen Cider, Hermit Thrush, Stone Corral, Otter Creek, Shed, Upper Pass, Von Trapp, Cousins, Drop In, Magic Hat, and Goodwater. This list is subject to change and additional brewers may be announced.
In addition to those breweries, local food vendors including Sugarbush Wood-Fired Pizza, Castlerock Pub, Goog’s Wood-Fired Fare, Cornerstone Pub Catering, and Good Companion Pretzel Cart will be on premise he help soak up the tasty libations.
Confirmed bluegrass bands include Danny Coane from and the Blues Grass Buddies 2:00 – 3:20 PM, Fiddle Watch from 3:20 – 4:40 PM, and Mad Mountain Scramblers from 4:40 – 6:00 PM.
The event is scheduled to run from 2:00 – 6:00 PM. A Brew-Grass 9-Hole Golf Scramble is scheduled for Sunday, June 9th. This is a 9-hole tournament that begins at 10:00 AM. Participants will receive their choice of two 16-ounce Vermont craft beers from Hogan’s Pub to take on the course.
Brew-Grass tickets are available for purchase online. Pre-purchased admission is $40, and includes entry, a ten-tasting punch card, live music and a souvenir glass. Non-drinker tickets are also available for $12. The event is 21+ only, and typically sells out ahead of time. Lodging packages are also available.
