Blackcrows Presents Ghost Resorts Chapter 4: Super Saint-Bernard and Exclusive Limited Edition Capsule
blackcrows, the iconic French ski brand focused on design-driven high-performance ski products and apparel unveils Ghost Resorts Chapter 4: Super Saint-Bernard, the latest film in the acclaimed The Ghost Resorts series and drops a Limited Edition Ghost Resort Collection. This installment explores the memories and legacy of Super Saint-Bernard, a small yet storied resort on the Swiss-Italian border.
The fourth chapter of the The Ghost Resorts series holds particular significance for blackcrows. Super Saint-Bernard served as the site of the brand’s earliest ski tests, including the Alp & Ride event. The film chronicles the resort’s journey from its opening in 1963, through decades as a powder haven for off-piste skiers, to its closure in 2010. Steeped in history, the resort is revisited through dazzling powder skiing footage, archival material, and heartfelt interviews. The Ghost Resorts Chapter 4: Super Saint-Bernard is a poignant journey into the history and memories of a resort that served as a gateway for freeskiers. The film captures the carefree joys and wistful melancholy of a place now reclaimed by nature, offering a timeless reminder of skiing’s golden era.
In tandem with the film’s release, blackcrows is dropping a Ghost Resort Limited Edition Collection, an exclusive capsule inspired by the legacy of Super Saint-Bernard, available starting February 4. Dressed in red and white chevrons that form Swiss crosses, the capsule includes a special edition Navis Freebird, the 102 mm touring ski that perfectly balances skiability and lightness with an alpine feel and progressive front rocker. Complementing the skis are the Pilus Navis Freebird skins, crafted in Switzerland and designed for metronomic reliability.
The capsule also includes Duos Freebird Poles, lightweight and telescopic, featuring a red-and-white finish and technical elements such as a Power Lock 3.0 adjustment system, long grips and a flexible basket for varying terrain. The Dorsa 27 Backpack, a sturdy and ergonomic ski touring pack, is reimagined in crisp white with red accents, including pixelated chevron designs that evoke the Swiss cross. Completing the collection are the ATK Raider 13 Evo bindings, weighing just 370 grams and engraved with intricate red-and-white details for this exclusive release.
The Ghost Resorts Limited Edition Collection will be available starting February 4. The capsule will be sold at black-crows.com, select European nest locations (Paris, Chamonix, Méribel) and selected Swiss retailers and exclusively at Evo.com in the U.S.
On February 6th and 7th, blackcrows is hosting a Ski Sauvage event at Super Saint-Bernard, in the Swiss Valais. There will be a screening of Ghost Resorts film, food and beverage and an overnight stay at the Bivouac Napoléon. The following day, there will be the opportunity to tour and ski the valleys of Super Saint-Bernard. Registration for this event includes half-board accommodation from February 6th to 7th, a blackcrows ski test and a ski touring experience with Camille Jaccoux and Liv Sansoz for February 7th.
