Red, White & Snow, Park City's Biggest Food & Wine Festival, Returns For 21st Year To Support National Ability Center

The National Ability Center (NAC) proudly announces the return of its annual Red, White & Snow fundraising weekend. Taking place in Park City, Utah, from Wednesday, March 5 to Saturday, March 8, this premier event unites acclaimed chefs and vintners to showcase exceptional culinary creations, fine wines and unforgettable skiing experiences. Funds raised at the event support the National Ability Center in serving more than 5,400 individuals and providing over $6.5 million in program subsidies and scholarship dollars.
"This year, our goal is to craft dishes that not only complement the wines but also tell their unique stories—the vineyards' history, the farms' heritage and the creativity behind every pairing. Each plate invites guests to savor a journey of flavors, textures and connections, making this event truly unforgettable," said Brooks Kirchheimer, the 2025 honorary restaurateur. "Red, White & Snow is more than food and wine—it's a celebration of culture, craftsmanship and community, and as a Park City local, I'm proud to take part in supporting the National Ability Center."

The signature event offers six distinctive experiences:
- Collectors' Dinner - Wednesday, March 5: Back by popular demand, an exclusive gathering for wine connoisseurs to share rare vintages in an intimate setting.
- Uncorked - Thursday, March 6: A lively tasting event featuring vintners, delectable food stations and live music
- Wine on the Mountain - Friday, March 7: A retro party atmosphere with wine tasting and lunch.
- Vintner Dinners - Friday, March 7: Twenty seven intimate dinner settings where attendees have the opportunity to get to know the winemaker and chef.
- Gala Dinner & Auction - Saturday, March 8: The marquee event, featuring fine dining, an exciting live auction and celebration of NAC's impact.
- After Party - Saturday, March 8: A dance party featuring DJ Dolph to celebrate the weekend events.
This year's lineup includes standout wineries like Verite, an award-winning, boutique operation established in 1998 that crafts three flagship blends and produces around 5,000 cases annually. Also featured is Prive Vineyard, a two-acre estate owned by a pioneering young female vintner, Piper Underbrink, known for producing approximately 300 cases per year with a focus on exceptional Pinot Noir, particularly the Pommard Clone. Debuting new wines at this year's event include Zialena Winery, an Alexander Valley estate founded in 2011 by siblings, and Soter Vineyards, a 240-acre biodynamic farm and vineyard nestled in Oregon's Willamette Valley.
