Indy Pass Launching New Employee Pass To Help Recruit Seasonal Staff And Retain Year Round Employees
Indy Pass in launching a new employee pass, they say:
Indy Pass is launching a new employee pass to help you recruit seasonal staff and retain year-round employees. At the end of the season, you can access a report that details the date and location of your employees' pass usage. It will also eliminate the hassle of sourcing free lift tickets for your staff or fulfilling requests from peer resorts.
The Indy Employee Pass is an opt-in program that will provide two days at each participating resort but no payout. You can blackout any day you wish, and those blackouts can be different from your consumer blackouts.
Indy Pass will issue permission codes to all participating resorts to distribute to as many staff members as they wish. Employees will open an account with Indy Pass, pay a $25 administration fee, and upload a photo of their most recent pay stub. Passes will then be mailed directly to each employee. If a person leaves your employment, we can cancel their pass with your authorization.
You can optionally pay the administration fee for your employees, and the costs will be deducted from your final Indy payout in May.
Your staff will have access to 200+ Indy Pass resorts worldwide, including many that stay open well into spring. We are excited about this game-changing program which will help you compete with the conglomerates for hard-to-find staff.
The Indy Pass is administered entirely in the Cloud. Consumers will present a photo ID at the ticket window. Ticket agents will confirm consumer’s identity and register their redemption on the Indy Pass website. The consumer is then issued a “no charge” day ticket coded to Indy Pass in the resort’s system. Once the consumer has redeemed two tickets at the resort, they may purchase one additional ticket for a discount off rack rate. Kids’ ticket may also be purchased with each redemption for a discount off the rack rate. Discounts may vary by resort.
