Schwemmalm Ski Area Will Start 2024/2025 Winter Season On December 14th With A New 6-seater Chairlift.
The Schwemmalm ski area will start the 2024/2025 winter season on December 14th with a new 6-seater chairlift.
More passenger comfort on the Schwemmalm!
The aim is to offer guests an even greater range of comfortable lifts and a varied range of slopes on the mountain. The new detachable 6-seater chairlift from the manufacturer Doppelmayr with protective cover, a transport capacity of 2,200 people per hour and a travel time of just 3:54 minutes, guarantees even more comfort, even more quality and therefore even more skiing fun for everyone. In addition, the ski area is being expanded to include a wider route at the exit of the Mutegg lift, specially designed for beginners and less experienced skiers.
sustainability
Investments are continually being made in improving quality and expanding the range of services, but the aspect of sustainability should also be taken into account. With the new chairlift, it has not only been possible to improve quality, but also to improve sustainability. The new, modern 6-seater chairlift not only replaces the 4-seater chairlift from 1997, but also the 3-seater chairlift from 1991. The new, modern facility also has a much lower noise level than the older facilities.
The new piste layout in the Schwemmalm ski area is even more varied thanks to the Schwemmeregg lift!
- NEW: Mutegg: finally there is a new red piste on the Mutegg. For that special adrenaline rush, the black piste is now “even better”.
- Blue and red slopes: wide, gentle slopes for all ages.
- Black slopes: For the adventurous – challenging slopes with exciting curves.
- NEW: Freeride route: Discover the untouched nature away from the slopes!
