OUTLOOK
In the current 2023/24 financial year, autumn skiing on the Kitzsteinhorn only started on November 3rd due to the warmest September and October in the history of measurements. However, the delay was quickly made up for by the following meteorological developments. February and March in particular were characterized by warmer than average temperatures. When it rained in valley areas, there was plenty of fresh snow in the glacier ski area. The excellent range of slopes attracted many guests to the Kitzsteinhorn. The excellent snow conditions guarantee the best conditions for sunny skiing until the end of May.
