GMVS Seeks Alpine Program Director

The Alpine Program Director provides strategic direction for the Alpine Program, and is responsible for developing an environment that guides and encourages students to develop and fulfill their athletic potential, recruiting and retaining mission-appropriate student-athletes, and educating and inspiring the coaching staff to deliver on the school’s mission and strategy. The Alpine Program Director reports directly to the Head of School, and serves as a key member of the school’s leadership team.

Candidates should demonstrate the following qualities and capabilities:

  • Passion and belief in the GMVS mission, vision, and values driven by a strategic orientation and perspective
  • Possess a clear and thorough understanding of the complex GMVS organization
  • Inspire innovation and greatness in the GMVS community (students, families, and staff)
  • Clear, concise, and compelling communication skills
  • Possess a “can do” and “why not” attitude, willing to take initiative for assertive recruiting and admissions efforts and special projects
