LEGO & Ischgl Have Joined Forces

The world-famous LEGO toy brand and the renowned winter sports resort of Ischgl have joined forces for the winter of 2024/25, offering unique experiences for families and LEGO fans of all ages in the Silvretta Arena ski area, in the village and in the Silvretta Therme.

After a successful implementation last year, LEGO GmbH, the Paznaun - Ischgl Tourist Association and Silvrettaseilbahn AG are joining forces again in winter 2024/25 to create exciting activities for families and winter sports enthusiasts in Ischgl. With a focus on creativity and community, the diverse activations offer a unique opportunity to experience the impressive mountain world of the Silvretta Arena with exciting LEGO activities. Among other things, visitors can expect the highlight of a world record construction project on the Pardatschgrat, a charity campaign, interactive building activities in the Silvretta Therme and exciting experiences for the whole family on the ski school grounds. Unique LEGO specials also await guests on public holidays and during school holidays. Construction activities and events are organized in the valley and in the ski area at these times, providing special surprises.

Build to Give

The joint activations between the LEGO brand and Ischgl are kicking off with the "Build to Give" campaign. This is a global initiative by the LEGO Group that focuses on making a positive impact through creative building. With the collaboration in Ischgl and together with the radio station kronehit, this campaign is being implemented in Austria for the first time. Participants can build hearts with LEGO bricks at home or in the Pardorama mountain restaurant in Ischgl and use them to take part in the campaign online. For every heart, the LEGO Group will donate a set to needy children in Austria. In addition, Ischgl will donate nine summer holidays to needy families from Austria. This creative and communal activation not only promotes fun, but also makes a small contribution to a better world. The campaign starts with the first day of skiing on November 28, 2024 and runs until Christmas.

LEGO World in the Pardorama Mountain Restaurant – World Record Construction Project on the Pardatschgrat

The focus of the activities is the LEGO world in the Pardorama mountain restaurant on the Pardatschgrat. In the midst of the breathtaking mountain scenery, the Pardorama will be the setting for a world record construction project from November to May. Visitors can help build a replica of the 3-S Pardatschgrat A2 cabin from Doppelmayr out of LEGO bricks and thus become part of a unique world record. In addition to this project, other construction activities are on the program: guests can work together to recreate the impressive mountain panorama as well as a piste machine and a snowman out of LEGO elements. In addition to the large construction projects, the popular Make & Take tables will be set up in the Pardorama, where families and LEGO fans have the opportunity to create their own small structures and take them home as a souvenir. The different activities guarantee variety when building.

Special extra for all LEGO fans: In the Pardorama and in the Ischgl Tourist Information you can collect the exclusive LEGO stamp with Ischgl motif for your LEGO passport.

LEGO large figures and Explorer Pass

As in the previous year, winter sports enthusiasts in Ischgl will be introduced to the extraordinary art of LEGO building at many different locations. The impressive large LEGO figures adorn the entrance areas of the tourist information office, the Silvretta Therme and the ice rink, as well as the valley and mountain stations of the feeder lifts. They not only offer the opportunity for unique selfies, but also interactive puzzle fun for children. The discovery pass contains five questions about the large LEGO figures that must be answered correctly. If all questions are answered correctly, you will receive a great LEGO goodie as a reward at the Ischgl tourist information office. The discovery passes are available free of charge from the tourist information office, the Silvretta Therme and at the ticket offices of the Silvretta cable car.

LEGO brand in the Silvretta Therme

LEGO bricks are also the focus of creative activities at the Silvretta Therme. Families and children have the opportunity to take part in special activities. Popular games can be played at the Nintendo game station, and exclusive LEGO works of art can be assembled at the Make & Take tables and taken home as a souvenir. The activities are available throughout the winter, and special highlights are set on public holidays and during the school holidays. Whether it's creative building or relaxing in the thermal baths - there's a lot on offer for young and old at the Silvretta Therme.

The ski school grounds become LEGO City

Another highlight of the cooperation is the transformation of the ski school grounds into LEGO City. Here, children have the opportunity to learn to ski in a playful way in a wintry LEGO world. This unique concept combines winter sports with the creative world of the LEGO brand and ensures that the ski school grounds in Ischgl will be a magnet for families in winter 2024/25.
