Lech Bergbahnen Holds Summer Party In Honour Of Retirees
Klaus Nußbaumer has taken over the Lech Bergbahnen as sole CEO from his predecessor TR DI Michael Manhart. An era came to an end and he is now entering his well-deserved retirement.
In addition to Michel Manhart, other personalities from the Lech Bergbahnen were congratulated on their retirement. Austria's top cable car operator, trade association chairman and member of the National Council, Franz Hörl, gave a laudatory speech to "his role model" Michael Manhart, who led the company's fortunes as second managing director for 51 years, and Paul Pfefferkorn, who led the company for 39 years, in perfect weather on the terrace of the Rud-Alpe. Both sat down on their new "strength benches".
In the presence of colleagues and companions, Klaus Nußbaumer was able to thank other new retirees for their long-standing support and cooperation.
- Josef Binder: 8 years (railway employee)
- Andreas Würfel: 13 years (agriculture)
- Walter Metzler: 46 years (Technical Director)
- Hedi Wolf: 48 years (Head of HR & Accounting)
- Kurt Walch: 60 years (!) (from apprenticeship to Rüfikopf operations manager and beyond)
The Supervisory Board, Management Board and employees thank them for their long-standing loyalty to the company.
