Zillertal Arena To Install New 10-seater Wilde Krimml Gondola Lift & 6-seater Mitterleger Chairlift
Stagnation means regression. For this reason, the Arena-Bergbahnen are not resting on the projects of the past, but have big plans for the coming years: Long-awaited projects are being implemented that not only represent milestones in the Zillertal Arena's product and offering development, but also for themselves should have a positive impact on the entire region.
NEW FROM WINTER 2023/24: 10-PERSON GONDOLA LIFT WILDE KRIMML
The connection between Zell and Gerlos will be more comfortable, more efficient and much more attractive in the future.
Subsequently, the Krimml-X-Press connecting cable car will be a wind-stable 10-seater gondola lift that will transport guests quickly and safely between Zell and Gerlos without any intermediate stops. Here too, the spacious gondola cabins will be equipped with heated seats, ensuring even more comfort. During the planning, not only did the company rely on the latest cable car technology from LEITNER, but it also made an architectural statement in collaboration with the internationally renowned architects Snøhetta.

NEW FROM WINTER 2023/24: 6-PERSON CHAIRLIFT MITTERLEGER
Even more comfort awaits guests in the Königsleiten area from winter 2023/24. The fixed clamped 2-seater Mitterleger chairlift makes room for a comfortable detachable 6-seater chairlift with a hood and heated seats. The new 6 CLD-Mitterlegerbahn (chairlift detachable) can transport up to 2,000 people per hour from approx. 1,772 meters to approx. 2,151 meters with a travel time of 4.35 minutes.
