Orage Ski Apparel Introduces Gilltek Breathable Insulation Technology

Orage, the ski apparel brand with roots in outerwear design and freeskiing, upped its commitment to the U.S. with expanded product distribution by introducing its Gilltek breathable insulation technology.

Founded in 1989 and headquartered in Montreal, Orage’s Gilltek technology offers the following key features:

• Breathability: Gilltek technology’s baffle construction is designed to remove excess heat;
• Sustainability: Gilltek products are made with recycled nylon ripstop fabrics and 100 percent recycled content, with vegan-friendly synthetic insulation (PrimaLoft Thermoplume).
• Versatility: Giltek technology enhances Orage’s layering system, providing comfort in high- and low-impact activities.

For FW 2023, Orage’s Gilltek technology is in the Morrison GillTek Jacket  and women’s Phoenix Gilltek Jacket
