Val d'Isere Shares Winter News & Celebrates First Snowfall Of Season

Val d'Isère, one of the world's best known ski destinations offering 300km of outstanding slopes in the Savoie Mont Blanc region, is preparing to welcome guests for another winter season from the 2nd December onwards. Accomodation: Where To Stay

• Airelles Val d’Isère has introduced its first ever ski-in and ski-out chalet for the brand which is set to open on the 8th December, boasting four bedrooms to accommodate up to eight guests, with picturesque views of the Bellevarde
• Silverstone by Alpine Collection opens a new opulent ski-in and ski-out chalet on the Santons slope with two deluxe suites and four penthouses hosting groups of between eight to seventeen, complete with luxury amenities such as a private pool, cinema room and massage booth
• Solaise Apartment, located in the Le Val d’Isère Hotel opens an affordable penthouse apartment in the heart of the village sleeping up to twelve guests, for those seeking affordability

Activities, Gastronomy and Entertainment: Where To Book

• Gypatète Adventure Slope inspired by the infamous symbol of Val d'Isère opens on the Bellevarde, dotted with features themed around the local fauna that are made using natural materials and inspired by land art, such as a vulture-themed ski tunnel and giant feather attraction that be played like a xylophone
• La Daille shopping centre renovation will launch Val Square Commerces & Co following a six-million-euro project - a lively hub with a variety of F&B and shopping options, as well as the ESF children area for ski classes for those as young as three-years-old
• The iconic La Folie Douce will introduce a new VIP rooftop area where guests can marvel at the incredible cabaret shows as the venue continues to become a major player in the cabaret scene
• New opening Bar de Tontons will bring the destination to life with daily entertainment including concerts, wine and beer tastings, and even DJ sets
