The topic of sustainability has been a top priority at Leoganger Bergbahnen for years. Acting instead of talking about it has been the motto since 2006. A total of 14 e-charging stations (including two fast chargers) have currently been installed in cooperation with Salzburg AG. An equally green alternative: The Loigom shuttle, in cooperation with the state of Salzburg, supplements the existing public route network with two eVitos through its on-demand service and travels to various stops in Leogang, which are easily accessible on foot. This ensured a connection to public transport where there was previously no connection. Relaxed and individual for the whole of Leogang and of course also to the Asitz and Steinbergbahn: The trips can be booked easily and conveniently using the Postbus shuttle app or by phone on +43 664 9271464.
On top of that, the municipality of Leogang, with the support of the Leoganger Bergbahnen and other partners, offers environmentally friendly and easy car sharing with the “LEO-mobil” at very attractive rates for individuals as well as companies and their employees. The car sharing offer consists of an electric car and an electric bus for 8 people and is valid for everyone aged 18 and over with a valid driving license. When registering, each user receives their access data for the booking platform and a customer card (keycard) with which the car can be opened. From then on, the LEO-mobile can easily be booked online using a car sharing reservation app.
