Summer is becoming more and more important for the mountain regions! It is therefore of great urgency to know more about current and future guests. (enthusiasm factors of the offered products, satisfaction, NPS, brand associations,..)

The BEST SUMMER RESORT OF THE ALPS study, which has been carried out since 2019 and 2021, will be expanded this coming summer with "brand & product" (online survey)!
From the available studies, which focused on the areas of importance and satisfaction, an in-depth analysis of the products offered in the respective resort/area follows. (Knowledge, use, evaluation) On the one hand, it is necessary to collect the enthusiasm factors and, on the other hand, to optimize the offer in order to act in a targeted manner. The product range in winter on the mountain mainly covers skiers/snowboarders. The offer in summer is more complex. Every resort/area has a different offer here. In this respect, it is important to adapt this survey very individually to the respective offer. Information that increases efficiency and accuracy.

This is flanked by a simultaneous survey of the brand associations (supported but also unsupported) in order to be able to better assess the brand/positioning from the guest's point of view. So how strongly are certain associations already anchored in the minds of the guests. Basis for communication strategy and the resulting measures.

The trend is towards year-round destinations. Especially in the top areas. Such a strategy requires having relevant and important information about the guest structure, their behavior and preferences available for both winter and summer. We also compare this data/information in order to effectively support this process here, apart from the benchmarks on the top areas in the Alpine region.
