Ski Juwel Alpbachtal Wildschonau Receives Awards At TAI Advertising Grand Prix 2023
The website of Alpbachtal Tourismus, Wildschönau Tourismus and the Ski Juwel Alpbachtal Wildschönau was awarded "Bronze" at the Advertising Grand Prix for tourist advertising material.
Alpbachtal - The new website of Alpbachtal, Wildschönau and Ski Juwel Alpbachtal Wildschönau has won the renowned TAI advertising Grand Prix. The result of the jury: The joint large-scale project is an outstanding example of cooperation that brings together three tourism partners and offers guests first-class service.
A sophisticated, central data maintenance system works behind the scenes, which reduces the susceptibility to errors and minimizes the maintenance effort. Three individual websites for alpbachtal.at, wildschoenau.com and skijuwel.com were created from a CMS (Content Management System). By using the common CMS, overlapping content can be shared and displayed on multiple pages.
"The common CMS ensures a strong and search engine-optimized website that specifically avoids duplicate content," explains Petra Cosentino, Marketing Manager at Alpbachtal Tourismus. The central element of the project was the joint booking process. It works quickly, intuitively and now bundles all online bookable businesses in both regions on the website of the mountain railways (skijuwel.com).
The cooperation enables a better, above all larger presence as a destination on the web. A great deal of attention was paid to the so-called "strategic content creation". This avoids wastage and potential and existing customers are better "picked up". The new website was set up by the Salzburg web agency Elements New Media Solutions GmbH. "I am thrilled that our months of intensive cooperation have resulted in an outstanding joint project, which the users like very much and, like the last relaunch, received an award." says Christoph Haindl, Project Manager at Elements.
The award of the TAI Werbe Grand Prix 2023 confirms the innovative strength and commitment of the joint website of Alpbachtal, Wildschönau and Ski Juwel. The website is constantly being optimized to meet guests' needs and to present the three partners as outstanding travel destinations.
The Ski Juwel Alpbachtal Wildschönau is also happy about another award. The 30 meter long advertising space in the connecting tunnel between the underground and the main train station in Vienna was also awarded the bronze “Signum Laudis” medal. The focus here was on the "In the Railjet to the snow" offer, which is offered in the Ski Juwel in cooperation with the ÖBB. In particular, it was about the sustainable journey by public transport and the short journey time from Vienna to the Ski Juwel.
The TAI Werbe Grand Prix 2023 was awarded by the trade journal Tourist Austria International and celebrated its 36th edition this year. The competition for tourism advertising media is characterized by the inclusion of the public in the voting and by a jury of experts from the fields of advertising, media and tourism.
