Serfaus Updates Construction Progress Of New Komperdellbahn

The construction progress is going very well at all three stations! Construction work is in full swing at the valley, intermediate and mountain stations. The excavation work at the valley station has been completed and all the mains are currently being laid. The foundations and the different floor slabs were mostly concreted. Individual prefabricated walls are in place, the first rooms can already be guessed at.

News from the intermediate station

At the intermediate station, Doppelmayr's installation work is in full swing, both on the cable car system and in the station. All electrical work is currently being carried out. Wiring is done, control cabinets are installed.

The view of the mountain station

The excavation work at the mountain station has now also been completed, and the excavation pit has been secured. The first concrete work has already been carried out up on the mountain, and the mains are currently being laid. The access road to the construction site in the Komperdell area was successfully relocated to prevent hikers and construction vehicles from colliding.

The supports that support the lift

The first supports have already been put in place - those that can be assembled using a telescopic crane. The remaining supports will be assembled by helicopter during the summer months.
