On July 7, 2023, this year's star chefs and hut keepers introduced themselves to their visitors and solemnly spoiled them with their Way of St. James dishes at the Ischgl gourmet market. Austria's youngest 5-toque chef, Benjamin Parth, gave his guests a desire for more and a good foretaste of the leisurely hiking season and the upcoming hut festivals on Sunday, July 9th at the first hut festival in the Alpenhaus.
