Cannon Mountain Names Greg Keeler Interim General Manager

Cannon Mountain has named Greg Keeler as interim general manager, effective September 1. Keeler will succeed longtime GM John "JD" DeVivo, who has accepted the role of general manager of Antelope Butte Recreation Area in Wyoming, starting September 6.

Keeler has served as the director of sales and marketing for Cannon Mountain and Franconia Notch State Park for the past 15 years. Prior to that, he spent 10 years as the marketing services manager of Attitash Ski Area, N.H.

"Greg has been my right-hand man for 15 years now, and he's been a Cannon rider and Franconia Notch hiker since his college days at Plymouth State," said DeVivo. "He's got a deep understanding of our business and our community, and I'm confident that he'll do a great job as interim GM."

Keeler said he's excited to take on the new challenge. "I'm grateful for the opportunity to lead Cannon Mountain during this transition," he said. "I'm committed to working with our team to continue to provide our guests with the best possible experience."

The search for a permanent GM will begin in the weeks to come.
