Pistenbully Now Offers Practical Driver Training For Beginners

Being a PistenBully driver is a real dream job for outdoor and mountain lovers. On the way there, the PRO ACADEMY offers optimal support: In the new beginner training courses for everyone, the PRO ACADEMY imparts important, manufacturer-independent basic knowledge - from the technical functioning of a snow groomer to correct operation and the basic knowledge of slope preparation. But information on safety and necessary daily maintenance work are also part of these courses.

The theoretical and practical part of the driver training are independent modules, whereby the theoretical part is the prerequisite for the practical driver training. At the end of the training, after passing the exam, the certificate from PRO ACADEMY Level 1.0 will be issued,

In the practical part of the training for beginners, the participants spend a day learning how to drive a PistenBully under the guidance of a PRO ACADEMY trainer. The participants are taught how to use the vehicle safely, efficiently and in a way that conserves resources - for example when restoring rutted sections of the piste or optimizing snow reserves. The aim of the practical driver training is to prepare the participants as best as possible for the job of snow groomer driver.

The practical training for beginners can now be booked and is offered as part of the PRO ACADEMY camp. The first PRO ACADEMY Camp will take place from November 7th to 18th. The PRO ACADEMY offers training courses for managers, drivers and mechanics exclusively in Sölden. The training courses can be booked individually - whether for beginners or advanced users. In addition to practical driver training, the camp also offers vehicle technology and SNOWsat training.
