A never-ending quest, our team strives to become responsible stewards of our environment, and our community. Fostering growth and access where needed, while being mindful to minimize excess. As well as building a stable, sustainable employee environment with the help of additional housing solutions and off-mountain transit programs. Our composting program and LED lighting initiative are just the beginning.
Near Term Projects
- Hidden Valley Triple Chair. Installation summer 2022, the Hidden Valley Triple will provide increased capacity and replace an aging lift.
- Summit Mountain Bike Park. Opening mid-summer 2022 with 5 trails from beginner to expert.
- Armstrong Express - Additional Chairs. Summer 2022 we will add 20% more chairs to Armstrong Express, significantly increasing capacity.
- RFID Lift Access. Winter 2022-23, more convenient access, scanning, and reloadable passes/tickets.
- New Ecommerce & Sales Solutions. Winter 2022-23, a new online store powered by a leading resort point-of-sale system.
- Boyne Rewards Program. Starting winter 2022-23 Summit guests can join the Boyne Rewards program to earn points for purchases.
- Paving & Parking Expansions. Paving Silver Fir lot & half of Summit Central main lot in 2022, with continuous improvements following.
- On-Mountain F&B Outlet. New food and beverage location on-mountain near the top of Central Express.
- International Triple Chair. Providing a whole new way to access some of the most popular terrain at Alpental.
- Sessel Triple Chair & Realignment. Higher capacity and realigned to allow for longer descents and improved beginner to intermediate progression."
