Board Of Directors Of Jungfraubahn Holding AG Will Be Renewed As Planned
In an ad hoc announcement, Jungfraubahn Holding AG announced in accordance with Article 53 of the Listing Rules that there will be two personnel changes on the Board of Directors of Jungfraubahn Holding AG. These take place as part of ordinary succession planning. The Board of Directors proposes Catherine Mühlemann and Thomas Ruoff to succeed Thomas Bieger and Peter Baumann, who are stepping down from the Board of Directors. As already communicated on September 2, 2020, the Board of Directors Heinz Karrer is to take over the office of Chairman of the Board of Directors from Thomas Bieger.
With a view to the realization of the generation project V-Bahn, the composition of the Board of Directors of Jungfraubahn Holding AG has been kept stable over the past few years. For this reason, the previously existing maximum term of twelve years was suspended for this period. This term limit now applies again, which is why, in addition to the already known resignation of Chairman of the Board of Directors Thomas Bieger, Board of Directors Peter Baumann will also resign at the Annual General Meeting on May 16, 2022. The Board of Directors will propose Catherine Mühlemann and Thomas Ruoff to the Annual General Meeting to succeed Thomas Bieger and Peter Baumann, who are stepping down from the Board of Directors.
