10 Years Of BVB Cooperation: Summer In Brixental Is Black And Yellow

Six fan events, two training camps and a premiere: for the tenth anniversary of the partnership with Borussia Dortmund, numerous highlights are again waiting in Brixental this summer.

The Kitzbüheler Alpen-Brixental tourism region has been the official tourism partner of Borussia Dortmund since 2012 . To mark the anniversary of the cooperation with the successful German football club, there are again a number of events for the fans on the program this summer - not everything revolves around the round leather, but always about real love in black and yellow.

Fan events from July to September

The BVB fan club tournament will start on July 23, at which the 10th anniversary of the strong partnership will be duly celebrated. The BVB summer tour on August 6th and 7th focuses on the whole family. Not only the kids, but also adults can put their ball skills to the test on various exercise stations. Youth work will then also be a top priority from August 8th to 12th, when the BVB Evonic football academy will also be in Brixental for the tenth time. In addition to the popular training camp for girls and boys, Westendorf naturally offers an exciting supporting program for all fellow travelers - from alpaca yoga to a joint evening in the hut.

From the 3rd to the 8th of September, it's off to the bike when the Deutschland Rush powered by KitzSki and Kitzbüheler Alpen-Brixental takes you from the legendary Signal Iduna Park in Dortmund over 909 kilometers and 11,000 meters in altitude to the Brixental - not a race, but a real challenge for the amateur participants. Also not missing from the calendar is the BVB Legends Tournament on September 10th, where, among other things, the traditional BVB team in Unterhaching will meet the legends of FC Nuremberg and the Tyrolean tourist team. The BVB golf tournament concludes the black and yellow fan summer on September 23rd.

But not only the fans get their money's worth, there is also networking again: In recent years, the Brixental has been able to create a wide range of marketing opportunities with Borussia Dortmund. This will be followed up from September 21st to 23rd, when 20 major sponsors of BVB meet in Brixental for a joint workshop and exchange.

Of course the fans have the opportunity again this summer to watch their idols while training in Brixental. While the U23 team was in Brixen last week with their new coach Christian Preusser, a premiere awaits in August: For the very first time, a training camp for the BVB women's team will take place in Brixental from August 10th to 14th. The program also includes two friendlies, against a local women's team and the professional women from 1860 Munich.
