Courchevel Promotes 'Budget Skiing' For Beginners

In order to democratize the practice of sliding sports as much as possible among as many people as possible, in an unlikely promotion Courchevel is proactive in the development of offers to welcome beginner skiers. Here's an overview of  the features the resort is highlighting to first-time skiers for stress-free skiing and on a budget

An area with varied slopes

Courchevel  has 102 runs with very different environments that allow the spatulas of all skiers to vibrate with pleasure according to their level and their desires. A very large area with in particular 40 blue slopes and 18 green slopes intended for beginner skiers who allow to vary the landscapes, the sensations and to make their first weapons before facing more difficult slopes!

Free ski lifts

In order to make it easier for as many people as possible to learn, for several years now they have set up free ski lifts on slopes suitable for novice skiers. A desire on the part of the resort so that the economic aspect is not an obstacle to the practice of this leisure!

They  have created slopes conducive to the learning of novice skiers so that they can experience their first sensations without stress and in complete safety. Reserved sectors, closed to the flow of skiers with gentle slopes, wide slopes with dedicated and often free lifts. The advantage of these spots specially designed for beginners? Their location, all our Easy Rider spaces benefit from sublime panoramas since they are ideally located on the high peaks of the resort. Novice skiers can thus live a real mountain experience and discover all the beauty of the territory!

"Mini Pass", the pass at a very low price!

Always with the aim of democratizing the practice of skiing and pleasing the greatest number of people, they have created an offer dedicated to novice skiers with a mini budget. The "Mini Pass" allows access to the green and blue slopes of the resort, a package for a maximum variety of skiing and landscapes to evolve freely over a large part of the resort on slopes adapted to its level. Then once the skis have been mastered, it will be time to face the steeper slopes!

A pool of over 1,000 experienced instructors!

Courchevel benefits from numerous ski schools, including the largest in Europe, a godsend for skiers who are cautious about taking to the slopes alone. Skiing is a hobby that can be learned in order to evolve without stress with a certain mastery for maximum pleasure! The diversity of support offers will allow skiers who wish to learn in group or individual lessons for a tailor-made follow-up, full day or half day. The little ones will also have their own personalized welcome with the children's village, the Piou-Piou spaces and group lessons.

The mini-skiers will end their week with a beautiful medal awarded by their instructor... a trophy they will be proud of!
