New Salomon TV Episodes Showcase Road Athlete Noah Droddy And Running Ambassador Rich Roll
Salomon is pleased to announce the release of two new Salomon TV episodes featuring elite road running athlete Noah Droddy and running ambassador Rich Roll. “We Are All Droddy”, available for viewing now, chronicles Droddy’s path to running professionally and his preparation for the California International Marathon. Rich Roll’s episode “Dear Rich,” explores the ultra-endurance athletes’ life journey and premiers on Tuesday, December 13 on Salomon TV. Both episodes will be available for viewing at tv.salomon.com on December 13.
“Noah is uniquely relatable in the world of road running,” shares We Are All Droddy director Matt Trappe. “My goal was to shine a light first on his courage to chase his dream and subsequently on his perseverance through the ups and downs along the way. We can all relate to the roller coaster of life.”
Droddy joined the Salomon athlete team in 2021 and has been a valuable addition to the family since. His film, “We Are All Droddy,” follows him as he reflects on his journey as a professional runner while training for his first marathon appearance since the 2021 New York City Marathon. The title of the film comes from his breakout appearance at the 2016 Olympic Trials, where despite finishing in last place, he broke into the running scene and was named the “every man’s runner.” Since partnering with Salomon last November, Droddy has earned three top 10 race finishes. “We Are All Droddy” is available for viewing at tv.salomon.com/story/we-are-all-droddy.
As an accomplished author, podcaster and ultra-endurance athlete Rich Roll’s film “Dear Rich,” chronicles Roll’s challenges, growth and spirit through the lens of writing a letter to his past self. The idea and name for the film was sparked by a previous conversation around how one can create a positive relationship with their past without it dictating their current and future self. During his journey, Roll found solace in running, which eventually became the catalyst for his ultra-endurance, literary and podcasting accomplishments and national recognition. “Dear Rich,” will be premiering on Salomon TV on Tuesday, December 15 at tv.salomon.com.
