Kitzbuhel Celebrates Fair’s 96th Anniversary

On the first Saturday in August, the fair in the center of Kitzbühel celebrates its 96th anniversary and invites locals and guests to the town.

Hearty music, smart traditional costumes, hearty delicacies & much more

When the Tyrolean costume from Dirndl to Lederhosen is worn, it's time again. This year, as usual, the traditional town festival will take place in the front and rear towns of Kitzbühel on Saturday, August 6th, 2022 from 4:00 p.m. and has many highlights in store for young and old. Among other things, 11 music groups and bands will be there, which will provide the best musical live entertainment spread over the squares in the city center. In addition, there are bars and stands, shooting galleries and many other attractions that make the atmospheric event a very special one and guarantee a fantastic atmosphere and good mood.

A shuttle service is also provided for all festival visitors from the Kitzbühel area, with free buses to and from Aschau, Kirchberg, St. Johann and Jochberg bringing you safely and comfortably to the fair and back again.

Admission is EUR 12.00 and the event takes place in all weather conditions.
