Courchevel is on Latin time!

From April 11 to 15 Courchevel will change time zones and sail towards Latin America… warmth, dance and sweetness will be at the heart of this week which will celebrate the “Pura vida”! Many free activities are organized: Latin dance lessons, musical strolls, plays, artistic performances and a slalom open to all. A dense and intense week that will end with an egg hunt to celebrate Easter! To discover the detailed program of this festive week, it's here!

• Monday 11, Tuesday 12 April - Morning. Brazilian cultural dances. Visitors are invited to an introduction to Brazilian dance and will warm up the snowy dancefloor in the sublime setting of the resort. A friendly and warm moment in perspective! Practical information: From 10.30 a.m., 1.5 hour session. Courchevel 1850 snow front or Croisette building (depending on weather conditions). Free.
• Tuesday, April 12 –Live Giant Egg Painting Day! Easter is fast approaching… All our guests are invited to discover over the course of the day the evolution of an unusual artistic creation: the painting of a giant egg of 1m50, by the artist FOSR! Practical information: All day. Courchevel 1850 snow front or Croisette building (depending on weather conditions). Free.
• Wednesday 13 April – Afternoon On a Latin tune! Follow the Watt'mobile and Son de la Calle for a festive trip to the heart of Cuba. Stroll to the sound of Cuban rhythms Cha-Cha-Cha, Son, Mambo, Cumbia, Danzon… Practical information: 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Courchevel 1850 snow front. Free
• Wednesday April 13 – Afternoon Welcome to «Spanish Slalom»! All skiers are invited to participate in the unique slalom organized by the ESF Courchevel 1850. A golden opportunity for everyone to challenge themselves in a good mood, to enjoy a sublime dedicated slope and to surpass themselves! Practical information: Registration from 10 a.m. at the Stade de la Croisette - Courchevel 1850, 3 p.m. start of the race, 4.30 p.m. prize giving. • Wednesday April 13 – Evening Barouf show in Chioggia An evening placed under the sign of comedy with this performance of Barouf in Chioggia . This play recounts a turbulent moment in the life of a fishing community on the island of Chioggia. Toffolo offers pumpkins to Lucietta, fiancée of Titta-Nane, from this gesture is born a series of arguments, jealousies... Practical information: 8.30 p.m. to 10 p.m. Performance hall in Courchevel La Tania. • Wednesday 13, Thursday 14 and Friday 15 April - Afternoon Salsa lessons. Every afternoon, salsa aficionados are invited to lessons! Solo or in duo, beginner or expert level: everyone is welcome to wiggle to the sound of this music that awakens the body and heals the mind! Practical information: 4.30 p.m. to 6 p.m. Courchevel Le Praz, Alpinium. • Awaken the taste buds! Gourmands will meet at the bar “Le Planté de Bâton” which will offer its special menu: “Latin America”! A delicious gastronomic journey is already being prepared in the kitchens to allow as many people as possible to discover the typical dishes and the warm flavors of these delicious territories!
• Monday April 18 - Day. Eggs in Eggs, egg hunt! Guests are invited to participate in a  big chocolate egg hunt to celebrate Easter! A gourmet hunt that will take place in the resort's gondolas with a single mission in mind for all participants: look for eggs in eggs!  Practical information: 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. In all the gondolas.
