Stio Announces Key New Hires To Support Continued Growth
Stio, the mountain lifestyle brand headquartered in Jackson Hole, Wyoming, recently announced several new hires to support its continued expansion. The direct-to-consumer business experienced strong growth again in 2020, creating opportunities to broaden its corporate team.
Key new hires include Wendy Oldani, director of product development, Meredith Monari, product line manager, Mindy Duster, senior human resources manager, and Sarah Raff, senior inventory planning manager.
- Oldani joins Stio after running her own consultancy in apparel creation and production, which followed stints at Patagonia, Territory Ahead and K Swiss. At Stio she’ll be responsible for the product development team and its functions.
- Monari will drive assortment positioning and planning efforts after four years in merchandise management at The North Face, where she focused on women’s lifestyle outerwear and sportswear.
- Duster will lead human resources efforts and comes to Stio from CorePower Yoga, where she served as senior manager of people services.
- Raff joins Stio to lead inventory and demand planning activities after serving in similar roles at Columbia, The Clymb and Keen.

Stio has 60 full-time employees, a total staff of 90 and numerous current job openings.
