Alterra Mountain Company Names Dakine Official North American Partner

Dakine announces a new four-year partnership, naming Dakine the official glove and bag partner of Alterra Mountain Company’s 15 North American mountain destinations. This partnership will be activated year-round to support all winter and summer on-mountain activities at each Alterra Mountain Company destination.

From bottomless pow days to sunny laps with friends, Dakine has been a fixture on the mountain for decades. The year-round partnership with Alterra Mountain Company will bring Dakine’s technical gear to both Alterra Mountain Company guests and staff alike. Dakine’s range of products will be featured at three new retail shop-in-shop locations at Stratton in Vermont, Snowshoe in West Virginia and Big Bear Mountain Resort in California. Dakine will also be a featured part of Alterra Mountain Company’s employees, outfitting select on-mountain winter staff with gloves and backpacks and will be the uniform of choice for all resort bike parks during the summer season.
