London Ski & Snowboard Festival Previews

November 30th saw the Preview event for the new, London Ski & Snowboard Festival. Previously run by The Telegraph, the festival is now in the hands of one of London’s most exciting catering and event management companies, Smart Group. 

Providing a glimpse into next years’ Festival, guests were invited into an après-themed setting held at Evolution London in Battersea Park, to sample catering and enjoy ice-cool drinks while entertainers dressed in glittering ski apparel danced and dazzled the audience. 

“What we are creating is a ‘come alive show’, an experiential event celebrating ‘Avant’ in the daytime with a dream-like ski village, packed with activities for adults and children alike. Then morphing seamlessly into night-time, a vibrant, hedonistic world of après.”, says Greg Lawson, Smart Group CEO. 

Festival-goers can expect to see fashion shows, a real-snow kicker and teaching slope, chalet bars and entertainment, street food and the opportunity to try on and purchase everything they’ll need on the slopes with much more still to be announced. 

A brand new experience is coming to Battersea Park in Autumn 2022. The festival will transport winter-sports fans and families to the mountains for four unforgettable days. Bringing together world resorts, the latest fashion for the slopes, winter sports retailers, pro-athletes, a 140ft ski jump, entertainment for all the family, and an après-ski party running late into the night. Make sure you don’t miss out! With a line up already of host Chemmy Alcott, DJ BBQ, Warren Smith, Team GB and more, alongside some of the biggest names exhibiting including Norway, Tirol, Crystal, Inghams and Planks, 2022 will no doubt be an event to remember.

Businesses are encouraged to get in touch should they be interested in exhibiting. Everyone from ski resorts, travel and tourism, winter fashion, festive gifts, food and drink and of course, ski and snowboard brands. 

The London Ski & Snowboard Festival will take place 27th - 30th October, 2022 at Evolution London in Battersea Park. At the London Ski & Snowboard Festival, tickets are available for the day session, ‘Avant’, from 11 AM – 5 PM or an evening session, ‘Après’ from 5 PM – 10:30 PM – you can even grab yourself a bargain with an all-day ticket!
