“After the standstill, it was important to us to create performance opportunities for folk musicians as quickly and unbureaucratically as possible and at the same time to revitalize guest gardens, town centers and alpine pastures. The 'Zualosen Tirol' campaign, which was implemented in a very short time, has proven to be an absolute success concept. Last weekend alone, the Tyrolean Folk Music Association was able to arrange over 70 performances on alpine pastures all over Tyrol - on the one hand this increases the added value in the country, on the other hand it strengthens cohesion and the preservation of Tyrolean folk culture ”, summarizes LH Günther Platter. Innkeepers can organize events with the support of the Tyrolean Folk Music Association, with up to 80 percent of the artists' fees being covered as part of the campaign. Regional Councilor Johannes Tratter , who is responsible for traditional affairs, adds: “Our goal is always not to distribute funding and financial resources according to the watering can principle, but to provide targeted impulses that have a positive effect - the campaign 'zualosen' is an example of this . The positive response also confirms the need for the funding campaign. We will continue the successful concept in the future. "

Coordination between gastronomy and musicians

The chairman of the Tyrolean Folk Music Association, Peter Margreiter , underlines the smooth funding process: “The role as coordinator between gastronomy and musicians pushed us to our limits in terms of personnel at short notice, but of course it was a pleasure for us that the phones were running hot and we were both on the side of the artists, but also the innkeepers, met with a positive response. I would like to take this opportunity to express my sincere thanks to the employees of the Tyrolean Folk Music Association, who made the smooth handling of the applications possible. This project is a future-oriented, successful model that stands for sustainable, authentic Tyrolean hospitality. ” Josef Margreiter, too, Managing Director of Lebensraum Tirol Holding, is pleased that this project has met with widespread interest and thus strengthening regional cycles: “'Tirol Zualosen' is just one of the many summer activities of our Lebensraum Tirol Holding aimed at meeting domestic demand and the economy To give a boost. "'It's going uphill - Holidays in Tirol', 'We buy in Tirol', 'Quality Tirol', and 'Conscious Tirol' have also been well received."
