Sync Reaches Out To Customers - ‘Keep Up The Great Work’

Sync has sent a mesage to their customers in these trying times. They say:

"Since we last spoke three weeks ago, no one could have predicted the impact of COVID-19 on the world, and especially, here in the United States. We feel continued contact with our community is the best way to remain positive and optimistic about the future.

"As of today, April 6th, the SYNC Performance Vail Headquarters, and showroom are still closed to the public. All employees are continuing to work remotely from home. Our distribution center is still following CDC guidelines for cleanliness and transmission prevention and is currently operating at full capacity.

"Starting today we are have enacted additional actions to ease your customer experience:

2. "Free standard economy shipping on domestic orders is available for all orders placed on syncperformance.com.
3. "With the recent CDC suggestion of face protection for the general public as well as health officials, we will include a free neckie in all future orders, while supplies last.

"The SYNC Customer Experience team is fully operational remotely and available to help. Please use our phone, email, or online chat to best communicate with our team.

"The rapid spread in our mountain town community has been devastating for the ski resorts and nearly every local business. The threat to all of our communities is real and we're glad to see other businesses taking similar action to ensure social distance and halt the spread of this challenging virus.
