2019 Summer Activities:
Okemo Mountain Resort Adventure Zone
Located just steps from Okemo’s Jackson Gore Inn, this hub of activity and outdoor adventure is open daily during the summer season and features fun for all ages. It all started with a mountain coaster and grew quickly to include miniature golf, disc golf, bungee trampolines, zipline tours, a treetop challenge course, Segway tours, bounce houses, a climbing wall and more.
Mountain Biking
The Evolution Bike Park at Okemo features six lower-mountain trails with berms, bridges, boardwalks and rollers accessible by Okemo's South Ridge Quad A chairlift out of the resort's Clock Tower base area. Scrambler, Okemo’s premiere summit trail, is an advanced/intermediate 3.2-mile run that descends 2,000 vertical feet to the base of the Sunburst Six chairlift. Additional trails from the summit have been added to offer even more challenging descents. The full-service and fully outfitted Evolution Bike Shop is located inside Okemo’s Clock Tower Base Lodge.
Scenic Chairlift Rides
Okemo’s Sunburst Six chairlift is not just for mountain bikers during the summer. It also welcomes visitors who would like to experience a scenic chairlift ride. The Sunburst Six accommodates up to six passengers at a time and provides an incomparable perspective of the surrounding landscape. At the summit, visitors can explore and hike to the summit fire tower for an incredible 360-degree view that includes the mountains of Vermont and surrounding states.
Okemo Valley Golf Club
Vermont's first heathland-style golf course features a championship 18-hole layout and a welcoming, full-service clubhouse. The course is a par 70 that measures 6,400 yards in length and features bent grass greens, tees and fairways with multiple tee areas for each hole, ensuring playability and challenge for all ability levels. Rolling hills, moderate elevation changes and wide fairways with well-placed hazards enhance the beautiful heathland layout. Designed by Vermont golf architect Steve Durkee, Okemo Valley Golf Club has hosted the Vermont PGA Championship, NEPGA Senior Championship, the United States Women’s Public Links Qualifier and various Vermont professional tournaments. An 18-acre training area is an ideal place to learn how to golf or fine tune some skills. In addition to private lessons and daily learning programs, weekly clinics and a junior golf camp are planned this summer.

Okemo’s Adventure Zone observes special twilight hours every Friday evening during the concert series.

Okemo’s Adventure Zone, just steps from the sampling tents, food trucks and vendor marketplace, offers zipline tours, miniature golf, disc golf, a treetop challenge course, a mountain coaster and more.
