“Pats Peak Becomes Pets Peak” Pats Peak Donates $1,860 And Pet Supplies To Help The Needy Animals

“Pats Peak became Pets Peak” on March 11-14, 2019 as part of their Midweek March Online Specials. Skiers and snowboarders were able to purchase a lift ticket online in advance to ski/ride at Pats Peak for only $35. For every online ticket sold, a portion of their lift ticket went toward a donation to the Pope Memorial SPCA of Concord-Merrimack County.

A total of $1,860 was donated to help needy pets from the lift ticket sales. The total that has been raised in the past eleven years during the “Pets Peak Becomes Pets Peak” event is nearly $33,000.

Skiers were also encouraged to bring at least three pet items to get a $10 Pats Peak Café Card for use in the Pats Peak Cafeteria. Many skiers and riders brought in donations including dog and cat food, toys, collars, leashes and treats for dogs and cats.

Kris Blomback, General Manager of Pats Peak said, “We love the play on words that ‘Pats Peak becomes Pets Peak’! We love animals and this is a great way for us and our skiers and riders to help the animals in need. The Pope Memorial SPCA is a great organizations and we are happy to be able to support this worthy cause with monetary and supply donations.”
