Tamarack Resort To Build New Chairlift For 2019/20
In 2004, Tamarack opened with a grand vision. Men and women worked tirelessly to create a place like no other. They laid infrastructure, built amenities and cut a ski mountain from the forest with some of the highest vertical drop in the Pacific Northwest.
Great things happened. Yet there were bumps in the road. Things weren’t always perfect, but brave leaders and thousands of loyalists kept the resort moving forward. Year after year the people who loved this place – the Tam Fam – made the mountain their home, even if home was hundreds of miles away.
Today, new trailblazers are pursuing the dream of Tamarack. The resort’s development will move forward with modern day sensibilities and a wink to the former vision.
Although nearly 15 years have passed since the first skiers and riders hit the slopes, the mentality of providing access to the best of Idaho has never left. Their future vision is simple: build a resort with unique amenities and a vibe like no other. They want a place where guests can enjoy a sense of discovery both on and off the slopes. A place they can call their own.
Big things will be happening over the coming year. They’ll be installing a new chairlift, purchasing new grooming equipment, cutting brush and resuming construction on the village.
The future is exciting and they want you to join them. With a 2019/20 season pass you can be a part of their progression. You’ll enjoy new amenities from first chair to last call. Best of all, as a member of the Tam Fam, you’ll be shoulder to shoulder with us as they embark on a journey toward a bright future.
Here’s your chance. Buck the status quo and leave the old choices behind. Stake your claim at one of North America’s youngest destination resorts.
