Betterpark Hintertux Offers Best Park Conditions Until Early June At Hintertux Glacier

Betterpark Hintertux in Austria is getting built ride now and will be available for freestylers from April 6^th until June 10^th. No other snow park in Austria offers better spring riding conditions for snowboard and freeski enthusiasts to improve their skills and to extend the winter season into early summer. Perfect for those, who don’t want winter to end as well as for all Snow-Card owners, as it is valid until May 15^th.

Wille Kaufmann with his company Betterparks is responsible for the snow park at the Hintertux glacier since 15 years and offers a park on the highest level. A static setup, which gets adapted and changed a couple of times during the season, offers something new to discover again and again. Wille’s crew maintains and shapes the park daily for best riding conditions for snowboarders and freeskiers. Betterpark Hintertux offers options for all riders – Freestyle rookies will have as much fun as the pro’s, as various lines with jumps and obstacles in various sizes are available.

Betterpark Hintertux has much to offer during springtime. The Ästhetiker crew stops by with the finals of the Välley Rälley Tour from April 27^th – 28^th. A slopestyle contest and coaching sessions attract numerous up-and-coming riders. A week later hundreds of Brits will make their way up to Hintertux glacier for the annual “Snowboard Spring Break” from May 5th – 8th. This week is aimed at UK shop kids, brands, industry representatives, media and riders to test next year’s gear and to enjoy some spring-riding together to end the current winter season. Next to testing products a lot of fun events will happen on the mountain during these days. The event is worth a visit!
