What's New In Les Carroz For 2018-19

The resort-village of Les Carroz is a scenic destination in the heart of the Grand Massif, one of the largest skiing areas in the Alps. At only 1-hour drive from Geneva, it is an easy resort to get to for a long or short break.

Les Carroz has different types of accommodation, including beautiful cosy – but affordable – chalets.

Ascensus chalet is a typical Savoyard farm built in 1877 that has been converted into a sumptuous chalet (accommodating up to 16 people) with premium hotel services, including: prepared house snacks and gourmet dinners, transport to the snow slopes, booking ski lessons, sauna, Jacuzzi, and more Night on a half-board basis from €100 per person.

Les Carroz is a family-friendly resort. This winter, a brand new Four Seasons toboggan is opening.  Day and night, thrill seekers take to the rails for an adrenaline rush over 350m, after which they embark on a 850m descent at full throttle with banked turns, glides through the forest and speed variations galore. Activity to be enjoyed alone or as a pair. Open to children from 3 years old, accompanied by an adult.

In  2017, Les   Carroz became  the  first resort  in the Haute-Savoie to be awarded  a  destination- specific label qualifying it as a recognised furnished  tourism  offer:  the  “Les Carroz Quality   Comfort  Accommodation”   label. The  principle:  ratings  expressed  from 1 to 5 “Carraz”  based on certain qualitative criteria (overall  aesthetics,  comfort   and level  of amenities  and  services  offered). The label is recognised over the entire Les Carroz destination, and owners of furnished accommodation  with the label   become members of the “Rental Owners” Club.
