North Face Owner VF Corporation Completes Sale Of Nautica Brand To Spyder Parent Authentic Brands Group, LLC

VF Corporation (NYSE: VFC), a global leader in branded lifestyle apparel, footwear and accessories, today announced that it has completed the sale of its Nautica brand business to Authentic Brands Group, LLC (ABG).

The announcement follows the March 19, 2018, news release in which VF announced that it had entered into a definitive agreement with ABG regarding the sale of this business. Terms of the agreement were not disclosed.
