Grand Finale To The Year On TechnoAlpin Production Line! 3000th Gun Completed

TechnoAlpin set a new production record by the end of 2017 when the 3,000th fan gun was made at the company’s base in Bolzano. Less than two months had passed since the production of the 2,000th fan gun of the year when the 3,000th machine, a TR8, was delivered to the Italian ski resort of Impianti Colfosco at the end of December.

The Impiati Colfosco ski resort is situated in South Tyrol and is part of the world-famous Sellaronda route in the Dolomites. The ski resort has been working with TechnoAlpin since 1997 and is continually upgrading its system with the latest technology. The 3,000th fan gun produced in 2017 was delivered to Impianti Colfosco in December, fittingly coinciding with the 20th anniversary of the business collaboration. The machine in question is the revolutionary TR8 fan gun. This special machine was finished with a golden cover and will guarantee optimum snow quality in the ski resort.

The TR8 fan gun is the newest snow gun developed by TechnoAlpin and has been in serial production since the 2017/2018 season. The revolutionary machine has already been a great success in this short time. The ease of maintenance of the TR8 is revolutionized by the new side panel which opens upwards, enabling instant access to all the main components. There are no protruding parts, so annoying snow build-up is also greatly reduced.
