Grab your friends and your wit and join Burke Mountain every Thursday evening in the View Pub for trivia. Entry is free for teams up to four.
February 1-2, 2018- Women’s Alpine Adventures at Okemo Mountain Resort
This program is designed exclusively for women and led by some of the best female ski and snowboard coaches in the business. Their goal is to take skiing and snowboarding women to the next level in any snow conditions and on any terrain. Participants quickly overcome fear, build self-confidence and meet new friends in a supportive and social environment.
February 2, 2018- Feel Good Friday at Killington Resort
Feel Good Fridays is a collaboration between Powdr Adventure Lifestyle Co, the High Fives Foundation, and Vermont Adaptive to raise money and awareness for organizations involved in the winter sports community. Pre-purchase an eTicket by midnight on February 1 and Killington resort will donate a total of $10 from every ticket purchased to the High Fives Foundation and Vermont Adaptive ($5 each).
February 3, 2018- Tour de Moon at Sugarbush Resort
Join Sugarbush for a moonlit skin or snowshoe up Mt. Ellen. Whether you're a seasoned skinner or new to the sport, this night adventure is not one to miss. There will be guided and unguided skinning and snowshoeing to Walt's at the Glen House. At the top, you’ll enjoy gourmet grilled cheese and local craft beers and drinks. Walt's at the Glen House will stay open until 8:00 pm for the occasion.
February 3, 2018- Third Annual Tubbs Snowshoes “Face Race” at Suicide Six Ski Area
The Third Annual Tubbs Snowshoes "Face Race" course is approximately 1.5 miles, with a 600 vertical foot ascent up "The Face". Proceeds from the race will benefit the Children’s Hospital at Dartmouth-Hitchcock. After the race join the après party at Perley's Pourhouse.
February 3, 2018- Boy Scout Weekend at Bromley Mountain
Now in its 43rd year, the Boy Scouts of America, Green Mountain Council Bromley Ski Weekend is the oldest scouting event of its kind in the country. Scouts will have the opportunity to work on their snow sports merit badge over the weekend, and on Saturday, Bromley will kick off the annual race with the fastest skier and snowboarder each winning a season pass to Bromley for the 2017-18 season.
February 3, 2018- Snowcat Ride with Dinner at Stratton Mountain Resort
Visitors can reserve a unique dining experience highlighting Stratton's winter beauty and culinary expertise. Price is $120 per person plus tax and gratuities and includes a snowcat ride to and from the Mid Mountain Lodge, seasonal beverage and snacks upon arrival, and a three-course meal. This event is 21+ only. All dinners are weather dependent, and require a minimum of 10 people prior to departure.
February 3-4, 2018- Season Passholders Appreciation Weekend at Mount Snow Resort
Mount Snow says thanks to their valued Season Passholders with a weekend full of fun events and more. This is the one weekend a year when any and all Mount Snow 2017-18 Season Passes are valid, so there is no excuse not to join in on the fun! In addition to all the great events, Passholders will also receive an additional 10% off their regular pass discounts at all retail locations.
February 3 & 10, 2018- Après Ski Live Music at Burke Mountain
Join Burke in their Bear Den every Saturday afternoon for free live music featuring some of the region's top bands playing folk, funk, classic rock, contemporary covers and everything in between.
February 6 &13, 2018- Green Mountain Skimo Citizen Race Series at Bolton Valley
The Tuesday Night Citizen Skimo Race Series will take place at Bolton Valley Resort for some casual competition. The series is a citizen race series organized by the Catamount Trail Association.
February 9-15, 2018- Winter Games at Smugglers’ Notch Resort
The Smugglers' Winter Games kick off on February 9 right at the resort. Head to the Gazebo each day for a chance to win gold medals and more. Join the fun with Mogul Mouse, Billy Bob Bear and friends, play games like the Ski Boot Toss, Iditarod and more. Hot chocolate is served daily from 3:30 pm - 4:30 pm.
February 10, 2018- Ski to Defeat ALS Day at Jay Peak Resort
Leading the fight to treat and cure the ALS disease through global research and nationwide advocacy, join Jay Peak Resort all-day in the Stateside Day Lodge for their 2nd annual ALS Awareness Day, a fundraiser to benefit the ALS Association Northern New England Chapter.
February 10, 2018- Jr. Castlerock Extreme at Sugarbush Resort
Talented young skiers (14 & under) are invited to compete in a highly challenging and technical run down Castlerock’s infamous Lift Line. The 6th Annual Jr. Castlerock is a qualifying event for the main Castlerock Extreme and part of the Ski The East Freeride Tour.
February 10, 2018- Love in the Mountains Contest at Bromley Mountain
Calling all twosomes to reach into their bag o' photo tricks and produce the best couples photo at Bromley. Take a selfie, or grab a passerby to snap a shot of you and your honey skiing at Bromley Saturday, February 10. Post it on Instagram with the tag #mysunmountain, and be entered into a contest for two free lift tickets.
February 10, 2018- The Wailers Live at Grizzly’s at Stratton Mountain Resort
The legendary Wailers band returns to bring its revolutionary sound to fans around the world. Steered by famed bassist and founder Aston “Familyman” Barrett, and joined in solidarity with original Wailers’ guitarists Julian Junior Marvin and Donald Kinsey, The Wailers continue to create musical history. Doors open at 8:00 pm on February 10.
February 10, 2018- Bud Light Mardi Gras at Mount Snow Resort
Join Mount Snow as they transform into Bourbon St. There will be fun Bud Light sponsored après ski parties going on inside Cuzzins from 11:00 am until close with live music in the afternoon, plus more music at night at the Snow Barn. Oh, and what would Mardi Gras be without beads? Mount Snow will have over 12,000 to giveaway in lift lines, lodges, parties and other locations all day long.
February 10, 2018- Bromley Olympics at Bromley Mountain
In honor of the Winter Olympics, this year Bromley will host an Olympic party. Complete with wings, beer specials, competitions, prizes, and live music. Grab yourself a partner, or let them assign you one to compete in groups of two in Giant Jenga, Ping Pong and Cornhole. Sign up in the Wild Boar Tavern by 3:30 pm on February 10, at no cost.
February 10-11, 2018 – 24 Hour Backcountry Skimo and Splitboard Race at Bolton Valley
Native Endurance is hosting New England's only 24-hour backcountry ski and splitboard race at Bolton Valley. The race will offer two challenging courses - a daytime loop in Bolton's backcountry, and an overnight loop on Bolton's groomed terrain. Participants will compete for the most overall laps in a 24-hour (or 12-hour) period. Randonnée (alpine touring/skimo racers), tele skiers and splitboarders are welcome to test their endurance in what is sure to be the most talked about race in Vermont this winter.
February 11, 2018- The Wailers presented by the Spruce Peak Resort Association at Stowe Mountain Resort

February 14, 2018- Valentine’s Day at Okemo Mountain Resort
Love is in the air and on the slopes. Okemo celebrates romance with an on-snow scavenger hunt. Red hearts will be hidden along ski trails for skiers and riders to find. Return a heart to Okemo’s loveable resort services staff and receive a prize.
February 14, 2018- Cloud Nine Nuptials at Mount Snow Resort
Celebrate Valentine’s Day at Mount Snow in the most romantic way possible: renew your vows or get married on the mountain at the top of Cloud Nine on Wednesday, February 14. A Justice of the Peace will hold a ceremony at the top of Cloud Nine trail. When the ceremony is completed newlyweds will take a group run down Cloud Nine, take the lift back to the summit, and conclude the morning with complimentary cake, hot chocolate and coffee at The Bullwheel.
