Alpine Lodges Open In-House Restaurant That Marks New Era In Ski Property Development
Luxury new-build property developer Alpine Lodges have supplemented their rapidly expanding portfolio with Bistrot Le C, a chic, gastronomic addition to Courchevel’s vibrant restaurant scene.
Bistrot Le C is housed inside Le C, a recently completed development of 13 luxury apartments at the foot of the slopes in Courchevel 1650 Moriond.
Heading up the front of house is acclaimed Manager Emmanuel Lachenal, former Restaurant Director of the exclusive 5* M de Megève.
“The Savoyarde cookery style is abundant in Courchevel, and rightly so. At Bistrot Le C we want to offer something different. There’s a cosy, warm atmosphere with modern, generous dishes and a focus on local produce but with an exciting twist” Emmanuel explains.
Directing proceedings in the kitchen is Michelin-trained chef Antony Trezy, who worked under Pierre Gagnaire at London’s Sketch before reopening The Lanesborough as Sous Chef in 2015. Anthony and Emmanuel’s careers aligned at M de Megève, where they developed the same vision for contemporary food and the highest standards of service.
Says Patrick Remme, CEO of Alpine Lodges: “With Bistrot Le C we’re setting a new standard for property development in the Alps. Alpine Lodges property owners in both Courchevel and at our Annapurna and Kinabalu developments in Les Gets now benefit from first-class restaurant, bar and lounge facilities, all under one roof. We’ve also developed an exclusive spa facility to integrate into our new lodge developments. I believe that the addition of such luxurious facilities is the future of alpine property development and I’m delighted that we’re leading the way here at Alpine Lodges.”
Established in 1998, Alpine Lodges provide a full spectrum of property development services to buyers from across the globe. From securing prime land in central resort locations to designing and building state of the art residences, crafting beautifully designed interiors through to holiday rental services, Alpine Lodges work with their clients every step of the way. The company has developed over 500 properties, concentrated in the popular mountain resorts of Courchevel, Val d’Isère, Tignes, Les Gets, Meribel, La Tania and Morzine. Current high profile developments include the prestigious Mammoth Lodge residence in the heart of Courchevel 1650 and the luxurious 38-apartment Annapurna residence in Les Gets, both of which are selling off-plan.
