Are 2019 Ticket Sales Open, Skistar Becomes Presenting Sponsor
SkiStar AB, the leading ski resort operator in Scandinavia, will be the Presenting Sponsor of the FIS Alpine World Ski Championships 2019. The agreement was negotiated between SkiStar and Infront Sports & Media, FIS’ exclusive media and marketing partner for the event.
SkiStar’s new position as Presenting Sponsor includes the role as the event’s official clothing supplier, which also provides the Local Organising Committee access to their existing network of suppliers and further broadens their cooperation.

With just a year to go until the FIS Alpine World Ski Championships in Åre (SWE), ticket sales for the event opened on 30th January 2018, during the FIS World Cup City Event at Hammarbybacken in Stockholm.
The Championships’ goal is to attract 120’000 visitors during the two weeks of competition from 5th-17th February 2019. Currently a variety of grandstand ticket packages are available and packages including travel and accommodation will also be on offer during the spring.
