• A sensual 4-handed pottery workshop at the "Poterie Artisanale des Gets".
• "Yoga warm-up" session, overlooking Mont Blanc to get the day off to a great start.

On the snow:

• Try the permanent new Fat Bike circuit between Mont Chéry and Mont Caly.
• A new blue ski piste at Perrières, for easier ski access to the ''Perrières Express'' chairlift.

Gastronomy and accommodation:

• New restaurants including the vegan/vegetarian Wild Beets Kitchen and the "Vina Annapurna" wine-bar and restaurant.
• Improvements in comfort and facilities at "La Grande Lanière" hotel - now upgraded to 3*.

EVENTS THROUGHOUT THE SEASON:

• Father Christmas lives in Les Gets during December, the Savoie Mont Blanc Grand Odyssey and a new wellness event “Les 100 Ciels d’Hiver” in January/February. Music steals the show in March at the Portes du Soleil “Rock the Pistes Festival” and the new “Spring Lounge Music Festival”.

• THE SAVOIE MONT-BLANC GRANDE ODYSSEE

  Les Gets stage: Tuesday 15th January . This unusual winter event, uniting the world’s best  mushers and their dogs, returns to Les Gets for a stage this year! This long-distance dogsled race across the Alps provides continual excitement from the minute it leaves the Place de la Mairie. The circuit covers the Chavannes pistes following a spectacular section under the Maison des Gets. A wide choice of themed shows and family events are planned for all ages throughout the week

• ROCK THE PISTES FESTIVAL

  From 17th to 23rd March. An exciting festival combining snow and music. Gigs are performed at the top of the Portes du Soleil slopes. Venues change resort each day, between France and Switzerland and festival-goers ski from one concert to the next finding the festival stages erected overnight. Rock The Pistes artists perform in scarves and woolly hats and spectators dance in ski boots, enjoy the breath-taking landscape and get swept up in the mountain vibe!

  Many well-known artists have already graced the  slopes: Rag’n Bone Man, Selah Sue, Caravan Palace, Ben l’Oncle Soul, Shaka Ponk, Alice Merton….3 acts are already confirmed: Gaetan Roussel, Hyphen Hyphen et Charlie Winston.

• SPRING LOUNGE MUSIC FESTIVAL From 22nd March to 31st March Spring is a great time to party. Days get longer, temperatures gets warmer, clothes get lighter and we spend longer on the snow and sun drenched terraces enjoying après ski. With this relaxed mood in mind, and to prolong the atmosphere of the Portes du Soleil Rock The Pistes Festival, Les Gets resort has created a winter version of its renowned summer event - The Lounge Music Festival. The concept is relaxed and simple with free concerts performed in different village establishments.
