Summit Mountain Rentals Wins “Best Property Management Company” In Summit County For Seventh Year

Summit Mountain Rentals (SMR), a vacation rental and property management company based in Breckenridge and Frisco, Colo., has been named “Best Property Management Company” for the seventh time in the Best of Summit County reader’s poll held annually by the Summit Daily News. In another victory, SMR General Manager was named “Mr. Summit County” in the 2017 poll.

“Once again, we thank the Summit County community and our guests from around the world for their support and their votes,” said Mark Waldman, owner of Summit Mountain Rentals. “To win this award once is a great honor. To win seven times is a testament to our great Breckenridge staff and their year-in, year-out dedication to excellent service.”

Wilcox, a 30-year Summit County resident, has been involved in the local hospitality industry for years. He also serves as a volunteer coach at Silverthorne Recreation Center.

“It’s an honor to be named Mr. Summit County,” Wilcox said. “My family and I have been blessed to call Summit County Home for 30 years, and I am proud to call so many of you my friends. Thank you!”

The Best of Summit County poll had more than 100 categories this year. Voting was open to the public via an online survey.
