ARC’TERYX, the technical leader in outdoor performance apparel and equipment, today opens clinic registration for its new Backcountry Ski & Snowboard Academy, scheduled for February 9- 11, 2018 in Jackson Hole, Wyoming.

Open to all ability levels, clinics range from beginner to advanced and take place around Grand Teton National Park, Snow King Mountain and Jackson Hole Mountain Resort. Clinics range in price from $80-$400.
Featuring small and intimate guide-to-client ratios, ARC’TERYX is proud to partner with the oldest guide service in North America, Exum Mountain Guides, to offer participants some of the best backcountry and ski mountaineering adventures in the United States. Some of the clinic highlights include Introduction to Crevasse Rescue, and Rope Systems, Women’s Ski Touring, Intermediate Splitboard Touring, Technical Steep Skiing Skills and Movement Fundamentals and Advanced Ski Mountaineering with professional ARC’TERYX athletes Greg Hill, Christina Lusti and Eric Hjorliefson.
Participants can also register for FREE Educational Seminars to learn about topics related to backcountry skiing and snowboarding. Seminars include topics from Sports Nutrition For The Backcountry, where attendees can learn the key to fuelling optimally for the mountains, to GPS Route Finding and Creation Using Modern Day Technology
